Meeting one of my favorite thought leaders, Simon Sinek was the highlight of MONDAY'S Innovation & Future of Work Conference

Ever since I first watched Simon Sinek’s video on finding your why, I’ve wanted to meet him. His insights are powerful, and his passion and energy are truly infectious.

That first video—and hearing him speak at the Monday conference—only fueled my drive to keep refining the indie publishing model at Brooklyn Writers Press.

For me, it’s all about true partnership with authors. There are no 1-800 numbers here—just dedicated, one-on-one support through every phase of production. I believe this approach leads to a better author experience and, ultimately, better books.
